Matz Enterprises
This client was referred to Hot Lizard Designs by word of mouth recommendation after reviewing the Teacher Props Squarespace website. Whereas Teacher Props was just to help teachers find property in the Baltimore area, Matz Enterprises offered both residential and commercial properties for rent.
They wanted a similar design to the Teacher Props website, with a grid layout for each category of property (1 bedroom / 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom, etc.) with links allowing visitors to click through to view property in more detail. Each property page has a scrolling gallery of images and buttons linking to the Contact page.
The end result was a clean, easy to navigate site, with the option to add and edit rental properties as they became available.
