Future State

Based in Washington D.C, FutureState were starting to expand and deal with other larger organisations and worldwide contacts. They already had a Squarespace website that they had built themselves, but needed help to create a more professional online image to secure UN funding and promote their work.

They were keen to have a single scrolling landing page as they didn’t have a lot of content, but wanted to make sure that everything was displayed clearly, in particular their mission, their work, the team and main partners.

To break up the text, different sections with background images and icons were created. With the selected template features, visitors can quickly click on the link they are most interested in, and the page will smoothly scroll down to that section on the page.

For those wanting to know more about the different aspects of their work, visitors can click on buttons linking to the relevant project pages with more detail. These pages are also able to be updated by the team at any time.

The profile pictures were given a small makeover, with all images in black and white, with a coloured frame that matched the logo colour. This was done to give a cohesive look throughout, as the supplied profile pictures varied in size and colour.

Thanks so much!
